ADI Business Services LLC / Arizona + Southwest

From equipment selection to a lender decision.

ADI helps construction contractors and equipment dealers prepare a financing file for lender review. ADI submits the file; the lender makes the credit decision.

The sequence

A file prepared for lender review.

  1. Choose the equipment and establish purchase details

The buyer selects the construction or heavy equipment and works with the dealer to establish the transaction details.

  2. Assemble buyer and dealer materials

The buyer and dealer gather the transaction materials. The selected lender may also request an application and supporting items for its review.

  3. ADI prepares and submits the file

ADI Capital Equipment organizes the financing file and submits it to a lender partner for consideration.

  4. The lender underwrites and decides

The lender—not ADI—underwrites the file, decides whether to approve, sets any terms, and funds an approved transaction.

Buyer + dealer materials

Examples of what a file may include.

These lists are illustrative, not exhaustive. Materials and application items depend on the selected lender, which sets the final requirements for each transaction.

Illustrative buyer materials

Buyer

  • A lender application completed through the lender’s process, if requested.
  • Business and owner information or supporting records the lender requests; examples may include financial, tax, or ownership records.
  • Equipment selection and purchase details relevant to the proposed transaction.

Illustrative only; the selected lender determines what is required.

Illustrative dealer materials

Dealer

  • An equipment quote, sales order, or invoice, as applicable.
  • Equipment description and identifiers, such as make, model, year, or serial number when available or requested.
  • Seller and transaction details the selected lender needs to review the purchase.

Illustrative only; the selected lender determines what is required.

Roles + fee policy

ADI prepares the file. The lender makes the call.

Lender partners underwrite applications, decide whether to approve, set any terms, and fund approved transactions. ADI does not make the lending decision.

Borrowers are not charged an advance fee to obtain a loan. ADI earns a commission or fee from the funding source when a transaction funds.

ADI does not lend or lease in its own name, hold client funds, carry equipment inventory, or guarantee approval or rates.
